From Train Effective Camps
to FC Bayern World Squad

People often ask us: What happens to players after the Camps?
Do they get signed and get into professional football or do they just continue playing for their previous clubs/teams?
The answer depends completely on the player. Regardless of their level, every player needs to continue to work hard and implement the insights, personal feedback, and mentoring they have received at the camp into their development after the camp.
But once they have started working with Train Effective, our coaches & mentors are doing their best to help all our players in a way that makes the most sense for the individual situation of a player. For some, this will show results very quickly, for some it might take a few more months and years.
For one of our players, Siam Yapp it took for example only 4 months to sign his first professional contract after he joined a Train Effective Football Camp.
Siam joined our first-ever Train Effective Football Camp in August 2021. Right from the start, Siam showed the type of attitude we want to instil in every Train Effective player! Unwavering determination, mental fortitude, and the ability to listen and learn quickly.
This attitude in combination with his hard work at the camp has paid off tremendously: on January 1st 2022 Siam signed his first Pro Contract with Police Tero FC (1st League in Thailand).
And Siam has not only impressed in his home country but message reached all the way to Germany. And not just to any club in Germany, but it was Rekordmeister and 6-time CL winner FC Bayern Munich who signed him for the FC Bayern World Squad!
But Siam didn't stop there! On January 17th, 2024, he signed for Buriram United in the Thai Premier League which is currently not only the best team in Thailand but also play in the AFC Champions League!
One can only wonder to what heights Siam will reach over the next couple of years, considering that he’s still only 19 years old and possesses an English passport which would make him eligible to play in the Premier League and English National Team.

Train Effective 100% worked with him with understanding injury prevention, hands on with the physiologists, masterclasses, and gym sessions. "What made my experience great? Well it would be a shame for someone to put below 5 stars for traineffective I would give it more stars if I could why? I been in train effective camp last year for three weeks and those three weeks where one of the best three weeks in my life if not the best weeks I went there everyone was so welcoming the place was so safe and charming and the coaches all of them where fantastic especially coach sam whom was my favorite they all take good care of you make sure you don’t need anything and be safe if you need anything coach Sam is there giving you advice and what you would improve on as a football and what it takes to become pro the training was ever intense they make sure to treat you right showing you what the pros work on and they always give you feedback the training ground was facintaing during the weekend you go on a tour on big stadium liked arsenal tothenham etc making so much memories with your teammates after intense work out you eat lunch then chill with the squad talking about life not just you are just having some good session and getting to showcase your self during games but also making memories and having fun with the lads and coaches would I go back ? 💯 no doubt forever train effective ❤️"
