General Refund Policy

Nonrefundable Payments: All payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods or one-time purchases.


Case-by-Case Consideration: Refunds or credits may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund in one instance does not obligate Train Effective to provide a refund in the future.


Subscription Services

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a subscription.


In-App Purchases: If you subscribed through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store), refund requests must be directed to the respective platform, as we do not have control over their refund policies.


How to Request a Refund (if purchase wasn’t made on App Store/Google Play)

  • Provide the following details:
  • Name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request.


Investigation:

Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if required.


Approval & Processing:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
